1. Artwork →
Send us your artwork (AI, PDF, JPG), or simply tell us your preferred color, message, and design requirements. Our team can assist with basic layout adjustments.
2. Die Striking (Stamping the Base Shape) →
Once the design is confirmed, we produce a custom mold and press the metal base shape (die stamping / die casting depending on the product type).
3. Polished & Plated →
The raw metal pieces are polished to remove imperfections, then electroplated with your chosen finish such as gold, silver, black nickel, or custom plating options.
4. Coloring & Filling →
We apply enamel coloring, soft enamel, hard enamel, UV printing, or ribbon attachment depending on your chosen style. Colors are cured for durability.
5. Quality Inspection (QC) →
Every pin undergoes strict quality control, including checks for color accuracy, plating quality, engraving clarity, and overall craftsmanship.
6. Assembly of Accessories →

1. What materials are available for custom lapel pins?
We offer a wide range of materials including iron, brass, zinc alloy, stainless steel, soft enamel, hard enamel, die-struck metal, glitter enamel, glow-in-the-dark enamel, epoxy coating, PVC and more. Each material brings a unique texture and finish to match your branding needs.
2. What is your standard production time?
Production typically takes 12–18 days, depending on the process and order quantity. Complex designs or plating options may require additional time. Urgent orders can be arranged upon request.
3. Do you have a Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
Yes. Our regular MOQ is 300-500 pcs, but for special designs or urgent orders, we can offer flexible solutions.
4. Can I order samples before mass production?
Of course. We provide digital artwork proof for free.
If you require a physical sample, it can be produced with a small sampling fee, which will be refunded after the mass order is confirmed.
5. What finishes and effects can I choose?

We provide standard OPP bag packaging and optional upgrades such as backing cards, velvet pouches, and gift boxes. Custom packaging with your logo is also available. But only opp bag packaging is free.
8. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept T/T bank transfer, Alipay and Alibaba.com pay for international orders. A deposit is required before production, and the balance is paid before shipment.
9. Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We ship globally via DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT, and other logistics channels. Tracking numbers are provided as soon as your order is dispatched.
