Almost everything! You have full control over the custom text (names, dates, quotes), images, logos, and symbols on both the obverse (front) and reverse (back) of your coin. We can also advise on different finishes and edge designs to make your coin truly unique.
2. What are your commemorative coins made from?
Our standard coins are crafted from high-quality zinc alloy, which provides excellent detail and a substantial, premium feel. We also offer upgrades to solid copper.
3. What sizes and shapes are available?
We offer a range of popular sizes, from a classic 1.5-inch (~38mm) round coin to larger 2-inch (~50mm) options. Custom shapes are also possible, though they may incur a small setup fee. Contact us for shape inquiries!
4. Do you offer samples before mass production?
Yes. We can provide digital mockups or physical samples, ensuring your design is confirmed before production begins.
5. What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our standard MOQ is 200 pieces per design. For special projects or urgent needs, we can offer flexible MOQ arrangements.
6. How long does production take for custom coin
Production usually requires 14–16 days, depending on your design and quantity.
7. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept T/T bank transfer, Alipay and Alibaba.com pay for international orders. A deposit is required before production, and the balance is paid before shipment.
8. Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We ship globally via DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT, and other logistics channels. Tracking numbers are provided as soon as your order is dispatched.
9. What are the shipping costs?
